At Real Food Kitchen, we keep things flexible — because we know your week doesn’t always go to plan. You can skip any upcoming delivery/pickups or cancel Auto-Renew at any time, as long as it’s before the cutoff.

Cutoff time: 6 PM, two days before the delivery date.

To skip a delivery/pickup, go to your Upcoming Orders and click “Skip” next to the day you want to skip. You’ll only be charged for orders that go ahead.

To cancel Auto-Renew, head to your account settings and turn it off. This takes effect immediately — no future orders will be scheduled until you turn Auto-Renew back on.

If you’ve missed the cutoff and need help, email us at [email protected]. If your order hasn’t gone into prep yet, we may be able to apply a credit for a future order.
