Please choose your meals carefully, as we’re unable to offer refunds if you change your mind. Getting your food plan correct may take some trial and error, please contact us if you need assistance.
If you discover any defect in your product, you may return the item you purchased for a replacement within 2 days of delivery. When replacements are not available we may, at our discretion, provide a complete refund. We’ll notify you via e-mail of the status of the replacement or refund once we’ve viewed and processed the returned item.
Freight will be refunded where the product is faulty or arrived damaged. Under our guarantee, faulty items that do not meet our conditions of care and use will be replaced or a refund will be issued at Real Food Kitchen’s discretion.
Real Food Kitchen will replace any goods, which fail to comply with Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. Where the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 apply, these terms will be read subject to the application of that Act, and in the case of any conflict, the provisions of that Act will apply.

Claims for non-delivery must be made within 24 hours of expected delivery, as tracking beyond this time is not practical.

Once an order is processed and the deadline of 6pm Friday/Sunday/Monday has passed, the order is final and non-refundable except in exceptional circumstances, judged at our discretion. Please contact us ASAP to discuss if this is the case and we will work with you to rectify the situation. In these instances, a refund will not be given but we may issue credit at our discretion.
